What are the overarching themes around moments you love?

Don’t get caught up the “normal” identity of values. Choose anything that’s important to you.

Define each one. Make it special for you.

Brainstorm 20 things that make you feel love. Consider any and all things from childhood to recent times

Ex: Bare feet in the grass, Thursday nights, juicebox, morning sun, old books, being upside down, etc…
